Very interesting item by Jose Cotel, Made in France. All metal formed belt with all hand attached metal rings that dangle like a belly dancer belt??? All complete, no damage I can see. The piece was antiqued? Please email for additional pictures. Has the Jose Cotel fabric label attached on back. Length from end to end of metal oval plates is approx. 31 1/2" and additional 6 1/4" length of rings at one end (rings adjust on back of opposite plate.
